“Magnificent”

Perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. The owners family are extremely friendly and helpful people. We landed in Napoli late in the evening and Raffaele came to pick us up from the airport to the BnB, with his brother they explained us everything we needed to know about the city during our stay and gave us recommendations. Their facility is an apartment with 3 rooms and a shared kitchen/reception. The rooms are new, clean and big enough for a few days stay and they all have a nice terrace to drink your coffee and have breakfast in the morning. There is breakfast included in the reservation, for which they give you coupons for a small pasticheria nearby the BnB, the food there is good, you can have 1 sweet/sandwich to eat and 1 drink with the coupon. There are some biscuits and coffee in the apartment and they leave you some bottled water/juice every day. The apartment is in the historic center of Napoli and there are great restaurants nearby. The central rail station/metro are on 10-15 mins walk. Thank you guys for the warm welcoming and being that helpful and friendly with us!

The room was very clean. Located close to the train station. Teresa was very welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable.

“Modern place with all you need for relaxation”

The breakfast was outside in a little restaurant, one piece of croissant and a coffee to start the day. Air conditioner make the room comfortable during the hot day. Chillin at the balcony and watching the busy Naples night life was nice to see. The romantic lights in the shower made our stay ever more relaxing. Check-in / check out was fine without any issue Raffaele and his family were kind to give us all info. We could left our luggage there after checkout to walk in the city free before we travelled toward.

Lovely people,super accommodating, truly wonderful family,super clean spacious room great buildind,a gem if you visit Naples and especially if you visit the historic area.I have nothing negative to say about the room and the hosts they were marvellous!

“Very nice and comfortable place”

The hosts were great. Welcomed, explained and showed everything. Gave advice about where and how to go and eat. Booked a taxi for early morning. I needed to go very early and the cafe for breakfast wouldn't have been opened yet. So, they offered to bring something for me, I asked only for a croissants and a fruit. In the evening Francesca came with a big tray of different fruit, yogurts, pastries and small pizza, and with a nice small gift. It was very thoughtful of them. The location was central, easy to walk around.

“excllent warm cozy friendly and waiting to visit again”

This property was on eof our best stays in Italy not just the decor comfort cleanliness ease of commuting around, but the best part was the owners and the family members. We felt like we have visited our family/relatives and not a hotel property. The owners were the most amazing people, they were warm, friendly helpful, caring and very informative. the house and the premises were close to perfection. Language was never a barrier when it came to communicating with them as they used translator app and were ensuring we understand everything they said. The property had coupons of a very cozy cafe for bfast for all days of stay. They also had mini cakes and coffee machines in the property along with all the required crockery in case we had coffee wine drinks food etc. all toiletries bedding etc was available and we never had to ask anything extra as everything was taken care. Teresa the owner and her husband were a perfect host, and their sons were so polite and helpful. i must say i was so emotional when Teresa gave me good luck charm (red chili) as parting gift which is i guess Naples tradition. we loved the place people neighborhood and would recommend to others.

Very clean,, friendly welcome, the entire building is very modern and high standard - a bit of a contrast to other houses in the street (that made it easy to find the entrance...). The bathroom with a lovely shower and colour therapy (!) was a nice bonus :-)

“An excellent choice when visiting Naples”

Great location for restaurants and bars. Around 15mins walk to train/bus stations. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast around the corner served delicious pastries. Would definitely recommend

The location is close to the train station and accessible! The block where the apartment was located is completely renovated, the room is clean, the mattress is very comfortable! The family that manages the location communicated with us from the first hour of the day we had the accommodation, beautiful and kind Italians! We will come back!

“Fantastic host - clean accommodation”

Giuseppe is a very attentive, friendly and helpful host! The communication before our arrival and during our stay went smoothly. He was always online and sent us a list of places to visit, timetables, etc. The room was quite new, well-equipped and spotlessly clean with daily cleaning. The whole building looks new. We had a small balcony where we could relax. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. We received welcome snack and juice on arrival and 2 bottles of water every day. There was a mini fridge in the room. We could use the common hall where we could make coffee and tea. The central train station and the airport bus (Alibus) was about 10 minutes away on foot. The breakfast solution was very good in a nearby pasticceria, 2-minute walk from the property. The staff in the pasticceria was very friendly and we could choose among several types of sweet pastries and coffee/capuccino/mineral water etc.

Room was great good to have fridge in room and bottles of water secure entrance 10 min walk from main train station air conditioning was good too and room cleaned every day also let us leave luggage on last day as we had late flight which was ideal
