Very close to the Historic Center and Spanish Quarter. Very friendly family who runs the B&B on the top floor of the building with a huge terrace overlooking the city. We had the ‘Suite’ room with a magnificent view over Naples and the sea. Great breakfast with freshly baked croissants and local pastries. Maria Laura shared a list with great restaurants, bars and pizzerias and made reservations.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful about what to do and where to eat in the area. They helped us to sort out parking. The room was clean and had a great view. It’s in a great location for exploring Naples. The rooftop had a great view.

“If you want a central location with the most welcoming owners”
The views were incredible, both from the balcony in my room (San Martino) of Castel Sant'Elmo, and from the breakfast terrace which remained open all night. Maria Laura was so welcoming and provided so much information about local restaurants and transportation. The breakfast coffee was also very good. The room was very comfortable, and I had plenty of space. It's location couldn't be more perfect, walking distance to Universitá metro station which is on the L1 central line, and walking distance to all of the major areas.

Good location near historic centre. Absolutely lovely terrace overlooking the city and to Vesuvius. Welcome drink and pastries a nice touch. Friendly staff. Easy to walk or catch metro.
