Spacious, very accessible to transports

“fabulous apartment, perfect location. what’s not to like?”

first of all the location is perfect, not too central but central enough. it is a nice residential area. the centre can be reached by foot or my metro as it’s just a few stops away. the metro station materdei is literally 3 minutes away. alessandro was helpful and responsive and helped us promptly when we had a problem being locked out. the apartment is very nice and spacious. the shower is great and there is a magnificent terrace (shame about the traffic but that’s naples!). i would string,y recommend this apartment.

Almost everything, location (near subway), room size, comfy, extra large balcony, kitchen with a lot of kitchenwares, laundry, and toilet ✅✅✅

The size and quality of apartment was outstanding. The outside was sensational. Close to the Metro easy walk to national museum and to via Toledo etc. Alessandro was great to work with.

Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms and sofa bed enough to sleep 6. 2minute walk to Materdei Metro station. Apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything you need for a break away as a family

“Great location, well-equipped flat, value for money”

The location of this flat is fantastic for touring Naples as it's right next to Materdei - a metro stop that takes you to virtually every tourist destination in Naples. Warning, there is a flight of steps to walk before you get to a lift in the building but ALL of Naples is up and down so don't pack more than you can lift. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped (but not all the equipment is in the best condition). The best part is the host is responsive, helpful and friendly without being obtrusive. He speaks perfect English and is lovely to deal with.

We travelled as a family of 4. 2 Adults/2 Kids. Alex was a great host and helped organise our taxi to airport. The apartment is huge. Outside terrace is beautiful. Very comfortable place to stay. We loved Napoli. The metro station Materdie was at the end of the street. We walked everywhere too. The location is ideal. 10 out of 10.

Apartment was perfect - had a number of flights of stairs so you would need to have good mobility but they were managable

Lovely. Spacious clean and well appointed. Close to metro station and local shops. We liked the feel of the neighborhood, it's not crowded with tourists like Venice. Also nice touches with playing cards, shot glass roulette and in house wine bar! Definitely good value for money.

Everything was just perfect. It was a beautifull apartment, with a spectaculaire terrasse, and a fully equipped kitchen, clean and beautifull! I would stay there for ever!

he apartment was excellent and tidy. Beautiful and large terrace to enjoy in the morning with coffee or in the evening to hang out! Everything we needed was in the apartment (coffee machine, coffee, tea) We felt like home Thank you Alessandro🙌

The terrazza is just phenomenal. The whole apartment is spacious and there is everything you need. There are even 2 more smaller balconies.

Beautiful apartment, the balcony is large and lovely. The apartment was very clean with good facilities. Close to the metro station, a good base for exploring the area.
