The cleaning staff was very friendly as well as the front desk clerk...I think his name was David. There was also another employee at the front that was always very friendly but I don't remember her name. I think she was Hispanic. They both had great suggestions on activities and places to visit in the area and were always smiling.

It might be nice for extended stay but for visitors or for vacation I can not recommend the Woodspring Suites. The room size is ok and you have everything you need e.g. microwave and fridge. But there aren't any cutlery, plates, pans or pots. So I couldn't cook or heat up anything. Not even paper towels, dish towels or detergent. The wardrobe was ok. There is enough space but it wasn't clean at all. So I had to clean up the dust and dirt before I could use it. The bed used to be very shaky and the bedspreads had several stains. When I came into the room, there was a bad smell. Even that I bought a room scent didn't make it better. For the 14 days I stayed, I had 2 small and 2 large towels. I had to wash them by myself and of course I had to pay for the washing machine and dryer. I needed several quaters to get washing powder and dryer sheets. And the vending machine didn't work. So I had to see the front desk, to get the washing powder. The room wasn't cleaned up during my stay. I had no broom or cleaning stuff during my vacation and couldn't do it by myself. It was dirty after a few days and I didn't feel comfortable anymore. I had to empty the garbage can by myself and take the garbage outside. During my stay there were several nights I woke up because people next to my room were loud. The doors are very loud when you shut them. But also people on the next floor above my room started to walk and moving furnitures that made me wake up. Also the air condition was so loud when it went off during the night, that I woke up several times. All in all I think it was way too expensive for the less service you get. I  expected that the rooms get cleaned up every day, that the towels get changed daily and that the room is cleaned up once a day.
