Overview
Located on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, the Vanderbilt Beach Resort is 15 minutes’ drive from Naples city centre. This resort offers free Wi-Fi and a heated outdoor pool. A 32-inch flat-screen TV with cable is featured in every room at this beach resort. Guests will also find a microwave, refrigerator and a stovetop in each unit. The Vanderbilt Beach Resort features a variety of amenities, including an on-site tennis court. Guests can also book fishing and boating excursions at this hotel. The Turtle Club Restaurant is located at this Naples beach resort and is open for lunch and dinner. Guests can enjoy drinks at the bar as well as a variety of seafood dishes and American cuisine. “Good Location, but Several Issues During Our Stay”
The hotel has a good location, but there are several things that need improvement. The air conditioning did not work during either of the nights of our stay. This issue was reported from the first day, and unfortunately nothing was done to resolve it. Because of the extreme heat inside the unit, we had to leave one day earlier since it was impossible to sleep comfortably. Another issue occurred on Saturday night with the valet parking service. Our vehicle was blocked by other cars, and when we requested that they move the vehicles so we could access ours, nothing was done. We were left waiting for more than 45 minutes without any solution. As a result, we had to take an Uber to get to our restaurant reservation. We arrived only about 30 minutes before the restaurant closed, which meant we had to rush through dinner and it ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable evening. All of this information was reported to the hotel’s administrative staff, but unfortunately no action was taken. I also have photos showing how my vehicle was blocked that night, as well as proof of the Uber rides we had to take in order to get to the restaurant with my family. It is disappointing because this is not my first time staying at this hotel. However, after this experience, I do not believe I will return. I hope my feedback helps future guests.

“EXCELLENT ALL TOPICS”

a spectacular property - overlooking the water - sunsets were amazing - the room was perfect - had everything you could want - the Turtle Bay Restaurant downstairs was the BEST food we had all holiday - it was supberb. loved loved loved the place.

Location! While in hotel you live just on the beach! I practice yoga. I could do this every morning just next to the water.

“Excellent location amazing rooms”
Amazing right on the beach. Had one apartment overlooking bay which was exceptional for comfort and one room overlooking sea which was smaller but beautiful views. Would definitely stay again. Sun loungers provided free of charge and beach towels

“Good but not the best.”
Good location and easy approach to the beach and ocean. Clean. Beach service available from 8am to sunset. Feels pretty private. I love small kitchen in a room with all you need for cooking supplies and utensils for 4 people . Full size refrigerator. Staff usually begins set up of beach chairs and umbrellas around 7am which is perfect for “early birds”, all staff is friendly. Free beach towels. Free bicycles, 7 min ride to plaza with good breakfast place, 10 min ride to the mall and grocery shopping.

“It was very convenient to be on the beach beautiful sunsets.”
Location was great near the beach all we had to do was cross the street. The room was beyond expectations, it was very big and had a fantastic balcony.
