“Everything about the stay with the exception of the breakfast. Staff were great especially Monica, lovely pool and worth”
Our room we were assigned had a beeping smoke alarm every 30 secs, no hot water and wasn’t comfortable. Spoke to front desk and after looking at other rooms the new room had everything we needed and was really lovely. The pool was great, bar situated in the middle of the foyer near the pool and the bar staff (Monica) especially was absolutely fantastic.

“Lovely relaxing hotel near the beach”
Had a very relaxing stay here in a large and comfortable apartment with a fridge and everything you want. The beach is walkable in about 45 minutes but there us also a free shuttle to take you there. Loved the Margaritaville vibe and live music.

One of the best breakfasts we had in Florida. The surroundings are well maintaned. The family room was spacious and comfortable. Restaurants close by.

“Very Nice Hotel in Naples”
The hotel is very nice, good atmosphere, the rooms have been renovated. the staff is very kind and helpful particularly Elizabeth who is the housekeeper but also drives the van to the beach, she goes beyond her duties to help guests and make them feel comfortable.

the extra bed (sofa bed) is rather uncomfortable on weekdays breakfast is served only until 09.30am - by 09.32am, the buffet had already been cleared away...

“Comfy stay to explore Naples”
It's a cozy place with comfortable beds and a nice pool area. I liked there was a kitchen as well. Short drive to the center and close to the sea.

“A truly pleasant stay!”
Our suite was very well-equipped, spotless, and comfortable. A special thank you to the Housekeeping team — they were incredibly helpful and always available for any personal requests. The reception staff was always smiling and welcoming, and the breakfast was rich and plentiful. The heated pool was very relaxing, and the bar lady was super friendly and easygoing. Overall, a truly pleasant stay!
