The air conditioning did not work throughout our entire stay, making the room unbearably hot. It is unacceptable for such a renowned hotel chain to let guests go through this. We specifically chose this hotel because of the brand’s reputation to avoid issues, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. Additionally, the breakfast had very few options for Western guests.
