“Great apartment in the centre of the city”

Great apartment in the centre of Nantes, easy to walk everywhere. Safe parking, the car lift was easy to use. The apartment was cool on arrival thanks to the electric shutters, which also kept the noise out at night time . Watching the sunsets on the large balcony was lovely. Nicolas met us and explained everything on our arrival and did the same on our departure. Thank you for a great stay.

Brilliant location halfway between the Machines and centre Ville, overlooking the Loire. West facing balcony. Secure outdoor parking using a car lift.Shower was good.

“Renovated with love”

We were met at the property by Nicolas, as we needed him to let us into the secure park. He then took us to the apartment and explained everything to us. He and his wife have done a wonderful job of renovating the apartment to make it very comfortable. They live next door, so it was also easy to hand over the keys and exit the parking the next day. It is a big apartment with a lovely big terrace and it is very close to the city center. Very quiet as well. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. There is no aircon, but we didn't need it even though the weather was hot as there are shutters on the windows to keep the apartment cool. There is a mobile aircon unit which we didn't use. The bed was really comfortable and there was a large wardrobe. The rooms were all light and airy too. The bathroom was a good size with a great shower. Nice new fluffy towels as well. We only used the fridge in the kitchen but great if you wanted to stay longer. A lovely apartment and very warm and friendly host. Very close walking distance to the city center as well.

Fabulous location in the centre of Nantes, the apartment is a good size, has a large balcony overlooking the river and the city, and has parking too! The owner lives in the flat next door too and was super helpful and friendly, taking the time to recommend restaurants and places to go.

The location is handy for the Nantes Machines and is a short walk across the glorriette car park to the tram stop to visit the old town but it’s not far to walk either. the property is very sunny and has a sunny balcony overlooking the Loire. the unique car parking is free within the garage for the building and the owner is exceptionally helpful and understanding. this is quite a good spot for touring the area by car as well as a short city break. there is a supermarket quite close and it’s not far from some of the best eateries an ac unit is provided for those extra sunny days the apartment was very clean and tidy

The appartment exceeded our exspections. Our host was very helpful.

“Disappointing”

Waited 2.5hrs to gain access to the property, the owner mixed up our booking so we had to wait (in 40°) for a neighbour to let us in. The property was not very clean and the shower overflowed onto the floor making the floor very dangerous. I also could not get the hob to work.

A good sized appartment very close to centre ville. Clean and comfortable, we especially liked the balcony overlooking the river.
