“Great for family”
Staffs were so helpful and friendly, location is great, love the fact that they have AC in the midst of the heatwave. I was traveling with an infant and they accommodate very well! They also have ready to eat meal that was so delicious and reasonably priced. Love that it has a bathtub and the kitchen area is outside the room so we can prepare bottle without waking the baby. Beddings and bed are comfortable and clean too. Would definitely stay here again!

Car park will not work for cars with roof boxes. It's too small. This was a major hassle for us as we'd driven hours to get here on way to ferry. We had to take off the roof box and physically carry it in. Of course this wasn't the fault of the staff, they were very friendly. I think this likely is an issue for mammy of these types of car parks. Nearest tram was 10m walk too.

The beds were very comfortable and it was spacious and airconditioned. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful and provided maps and assisted out of hours.

“Decent value for money and only 10 minutes to station and many attractions.”
We switched to the hotel at the last minute, as we needed somewhere with aircon in the 35 degree heat. The room did the job and was quiet and cool, with decent facilities to make breakfast and drinks.

The staff was incredibly helpful, the room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a baby and it was a very convenient location for us. Our room was extremely good value for money and we'd happily stay there again.
