“Excellent Location, Friendly Service and a Quiet Room”
The check-in process was excellent. The staff were very helpful and provided useful tips about the city and the surrounding area. We were also informed that our room would be ready within 10 minutes, which was greatly appreciated. The location is fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions. This made exploring the city very convenient. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and featured a balcony, which was a nice bonus and added to the overall experience.

Staff were excellent. I had an issue when I arrived at the hotel as I left my phone, with cards and cash in a taxi. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful. They called all the taxi companies in Nantes to put the message out there and my phone was dropped back to the hotel later.

Great location with walking distance to shopping and main attractions. Underground secure parking with the property and lovely bars and restaurants close by. Rooms are a great size.
