No restaurant, no heating in the room. Absolutely not acceptable for a French hotel, never again will I stay there.

Generally, I was satisfied. The hotel was clean and not too noisy, even though a busy road is nearby. And the staff was super nice.

Friendliness and cooperation of staff. The hotel is secure and surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was as expected from the Ibis. On departure, an easy access to motorway.

“Nantes hotel only okay”
Value for money. Lovely newly renovated restaurant that I was able to use for remote working. Helpful staff who gave us a map of Nantes and guidance on trams. Our beds were very comfortable. I did enjoy the gluten-free mini bread loaf supplied to me for breakfast. Liked the chickens in the yard!

The room was incredible cold since the air con was set for 18 degrees and it didn't work so I couldn't set a higher temperature. I spoke with the staff about it and they could't fix it. My 3yo was sleeping in a cot and and they didn't have neither pillows or blankets for it. I had to use a double bed blanket to cover my daughter.
