Excellent location -so easy to walk everywhere and felt very safe ( solo female traveller) Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nicely designed rooms and very quiet. Slept so well! Would recommend and would book again if I’m lucky enough to return to Nantes.

The hotel was lovely even a small bit off Central. The Receptionist was exceptional in dealing with my husband loosing his phone. The room was spotless and had all amenities necessary. would highly recommend it

Our stay was very pleasant. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and within easy reach of all the main attractions, yet set on a quiet street. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious, we had a room adapted for people with special needs, which suited us very well. Breakfast was also very good, with everything you need to start the day. The reception staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay! Thank you!

Room was compact but very comfortable and had all you need. Very clean, comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Wifi was good also. Best bit was the staff, as an Englishman with (very) limited French, the young man who was on the desk when we arrived late Saturday and the you lady who was there in the morning, were very helpful and their English was far better than my attempt at French. Seemed like genuinely nice people.

The staff are kind and very helpful! The space is just big enough and I found the bed to be very comfortable.my room was a bit stuffy, but once I figured out how to open the window, it was perfect. The shared space is very pretty and well thought out.

The property was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our short stay to explore the city. The staff were all amazing and really accommodating. Was really informative on our arrival and gave us perfect information that we needed to sightsee in the short time that we had. Location was great to get into the square and then explore the rest of the town
