We liked the spaciousness of the apartment and it had all amenities you needed for a few days stay. The apartment has great airconditioning. It is situated with it's own Park area. Has eating places, banks pharmacy etc. around in walking distance too. Close proximity to sights and museums also didi taxis were on point and very reasonable in price. A special note that the person we dealt with was extremely helpful and very responsive on wechat also he put fruit out for us as well as tea & water. The apartment has cleaning service too.

The interior is cosy and well equipped. They even have a good music box, piano and guitar, which I enjoyed playing with it. Glad they don't have a TV and that allows some immersion on the view, music and conversations. In the locality, there are many shops selling good snacks, coffee and food. The driver who fetched me is very hospitable, helpful and disciplined.

“Chinese Airbnb”
It is a apartment in a Chinese home on the 24th floor which is truly a unique experience. It is kinda like an Airbnb. Communication was great. We had some problems with entering the room. But the staff was there shortly and opened and also fixed the WiFi

“I love it, everyone should visit Nanning, great people and place”
The owner/ staff were very friendly, place are sparkling clean and it has minimalist aesthetic vibes. View outside the windows is amazing. I stayed at the villa the next day under the same property, love the balcony and the villa overall.

“Perfect homestay”
One of the best homestays I had in china. Interior is very aesthetic . Bed is very comfortable. Apartment is very big and everything is clean. It’s located in central Nanning and you get a nice overview.
