“Reception excellent”
The Reception staff and Manager/duty Manager were excellent, I had an issue with my visa departure date and they were more than helpful Room was a good size, large comfortable bed and a bath as well as a shower

“Everything was perfect!”

The rooms are quite large but it took some time to get used to the endless mirrors in the entrance area. I probably had the best night sleep since my childhood, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The rest of the hotel feels a bit like a business hotel, with conferences and meetings.

The staff was super helpful in recommending places to go to. One for them helped me with sending a package to a friend. Room service was quick. Location is really good on the intersection of line 1 and 2. Many places are easy to reach from the location.
