The house is very nice and well-kept with a grand living room and 3 rooms. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with most basic kitchen accessories for cooking.

“Not very good.”
I confirmed with the customer service, they told me there were four bedrooms as the description said four bedrooms even the title said “3-Bed”. Actually there were three bedrooms. There was a $300 upfront charge for the deposit, however the confirmation letter said $500 deposit would be charged upon arrival. Therefore the platform and I were confused about this. But both of us were not able to get in touch with the host neither email nor phone. And I also wanted to confirm with the host if we can bring kids. But not able to reach out the host/management team. During the stay, the host team complained about the noise as downstairs tenants kept complaining that.
