The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and it looked like they were renovating other rooms while we were there. The front desk person asked if we wanted any restaurant recommendations, and was very knowledgeable about the local eateries. The room didn't have air conditioning, but had a fan. I would stay there again.

Easy check -in & check-out. Close to parks and ferry terminals for Gabriola, Protection & Saysutshun islands. Large room with clean bathroom.

“There are a half dozen better places in naniamo”
The beds where insanely squeaky and poorly made, Towels where dirty. Shower was leaky and resulted in cold drip. People living in other rooms where loud and annoying
