There wasn't a breakfast. Full kitchen at our disposal. Exceptionally clean and quiet. Massive suite with balcony to ourselves. Off street parking. We felt very much like invited guests😃

Yulan’s home was in a serene scenic neighborhood. We could see ocean view from the balcony. Yulan’s place was beautifully decorated. she gave us a warm welcome and was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommended and hope to be back again!

“Lovely oceanview room.”
The house is beautiful. With a lovely curbside presentation. Inside is even nicer. It is a quiet, safe, upscale neighborhood near the ocean. Great for walks. I felt comfortable leaving most of my baggage in my vehicle, which was parked in the driveway. The room is large with a large closet and ensuite bathroom. There is a family-sized deck off the room that has an ocean view. I spent most of the evening enjoying the warm weather and the view from the deck. When it got cooler, I moved inside and enjoyed the view from a sofa set in front of the floor to ceiling windows. (Window blinds available, when I finally had to go to bed.) Coffee in the room for morning. A separate kitchen with full-sized appliances available for guests. The hosts were friendly and non-intrusive. We had a nice chat in the morning before I left. We both missed the deer that got her roses that night; evidence of the wildlife in the area😊 I highly recommend this home stay. “Panoramic view of the ocean”
The lady who owns the place is very nice, introduced herself to us in a very friendly manner. Granma is very friendly. The view is spectacular overlooking the ocean. You can see the BC ferries and ships.

The owner and her family are lovely, the room is massive with a very large and well equipped bathroom. The views are wonderful although the trees do get in the way a bit. We would love to stay here again.

“Not my kind of place”
Did not realize in house. Seemed very plain for price. Felt i was staying with my friends grandmother. People seemed nice. Kitchen beside owner kitchen awkward Place had strange odor. Really not my sort of place.

We had to book this accommodation late because a previous booking cancelled two days before. They did us a big favour because we certainly ended up in a better location. This is a suite in a private house and the host, Yelen, was very welcoming. We had a car so we could get to anywhere we needed to go. Lots of deer on the footpath each day. We had a beautiful balcony that overlooked Nanaimo. Highly recommend.
