“Basic stat”
I was disappointed as it said kitchinette and only provided a fridge, microwave, no utensils, plates, I had to use a plastic bag for a plate. I didn't have a table indoors only a bed. Otherwise it was very basic, clean but I wasn't convinced I had clean sheets! The price was very reasonable for what I had.

“Comfy Room and Bed - Don't Use the Laundy”
The bed was extremely comfortable and the suite looked fairly newly renovated. The term "motel" implies lower quality but I found this place was on par with hotel rooms I've stayed at for at least twice the price. Bathroom is a bit tiny but the fridge is larger than normal. The normal cable on the TV doesn't do it for me so I just watch YouTube on my laptop. Super close to the ferry is a bonus. I would stay again.

Helpful staff, good location for late arrival / early departure ferry to /from Horseshoe Bay. Staff were helpful in assisting us with slightly earlier check-in. Clean and safe.
