Home type environment, well outfitted in every way for the visitor. Appliances easy to operate. Safe setting, security measures good. Only 15 minutes drive to Departure Bay ferry terminal.

Was very well equipped with everything we needed, comfortable beds and very clean .

Hosts have made it very clean and comfortable with everything you’d need in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry and cozy is an apt description. Furnishings are lovely and homey. There are games and helpful tourist information about the island. 5 min drive to large grocery store and gas station.

Accommodation was clean and very comfortable. Good base for seeing the island. Plenty of stores nearby for supplies.

A lovely place to stay only 10 mins from the ferry terminal in Nanaimo. The check in was easy with a code provided to get into the place. Hosts are very responsive to any questions that arise and where very kind in checking we had the ferry booked etc. The beds were the most comfortable of everywhere we stayed in Canada. Both double bedrooms are spacious and it was nice to be somewhere with lots of space for our luggage. The bathroom was good. Main kitchen/living area is modern and comfortable, can easily cook if you fancy it. There is a TV which you can get onto Netflix with. The garden are is stunning and at the front there is a decent space for a car. We really enjoyed our stay.

It is a really nice place, and you can find everything you need. All is labeled (light switches and so on), which makes it extra easy for use. The owners are very nice and supportive.

Very clean, had more or less everything you need. Additional blankets available, mini pool-billiard. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well epuipped. Sofas comfortable in the living room. Enough space for up to 4 people.

Quiet, relaxing neighbour hood, great hosts. Nice place over all defiantly recommended and worth it 🙂

The apartment is very clean and perfectly equipped with oil, pepper, laundry and stuff. we would come back immediately. The hosts are very friendly and polite.

Beautiful property, arrival instructions were excellent, hosts were lovely and having an outside space to use was even better. Kitchen was extremely well equipped which saved us having to eat out.

Eden & Ward's place was very neat, tidy, and vibrant. We loved the ambiance the brilliant hospitality was an added bonus. I'd left a sweater behind, and received an email within the hour post checkout, giving us ample time to come and retrieve it! All in all, the place was fabulous, and would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring the island
