Friendly and warm welcome. Helpfull staff. Spacious room with a nice view terrace and a comfortable bed. Cosy accomodation with a restaurant in the hotel. Calm atmosphere, also during the nighttime.

We tried to cancel, as our plans had changed. We never heard back from them after 2 attempts. When they say non-refundable, they mean it. I chalked it up to travel hiccups but it would have been nice to hear back from them. They are a bit non-communicative.
