Spacious, comfortable, clean room. Big windows and balcony with open views, so high up that felt completely private. Free bicycles. Kind and helpful manager who speaks English. Kitchen ware in the room was a nice bonus. Location on a smallish street, no heavy traffic nearby.

Everything is so good! Super clean room, spacious, with a refrigerator, dishes and cutlery so we could eat breakfast and snacks in our room. A kettle as well. Daily room service was lovely. The room is on the top floor and could have been too hot, but with both an AC unit and a separate room fan, we easily stayed cool. The owner is also kind, friendly and super helpful to travelers!

I had a fantastic stay here! Probably one of the nicest places iv stayed in Thailand. The room was great with a large balcony and big spacious room. There was a smart TV and free coffee with biscuits in the room and access to more downstairs if needed. Super soft comfortable towels! They also had a microwave you could use and free bikes. The guy very kindly made sure the tyres were all pumped up for me before I left. He even allowed me a late check out. Just couldn't be more helpful!

This is a beautiful place to stay in Nan. The atmosphere was wonderful, the hosts were super friendly and helpful and spoke great English. There's an excellent local food stall next door. It's in a quite area but with great access to everything. Highly recommended.

The property is perfect. 15 minutes from the walking street and was so aesthetic. Everything was beautiful. The balcony for sunset and morning coffee and bedroom with a couch and Tv. The host speaks great English and our stay was fantastic

Great location. Friendly English speaking owner. Has shop & restaurant with good local food.

There was evetything i could ever need for a night stay. Fridge, fan, AC, plates, glasses, cultery, towel, soap, shampoo etc. Was better equiped than all the rest i have stayed in thailand.
