“Tranquil Rice Paddies and Heartfelt Hospitality”

I was looking for a place to enjoy the rice paddies, the sunsets, and the soothing sounds of nature, and this place exceeded all my expectations. The staff, and the owner, Rogier, were so kind and made me feel completely at home. I was even invited to their employee New Year party! The breakfast was outstanding, and the on-site restaurant is top quality. I highly recommend this place—thank you, Rogier, and your team for a truly wonderful experience.

This is a peaceful hotel just outside the town of Nan. Watching the sun set over the rice fields in the foreground, was sublime. The restaurant serves interesting and creative food and has a decent wine list. The staff are warm and welcoming and very helpful in suggesting options for touring the district. We loved our room, which had unobstructed views across the rice fields to Nan in the background. Would be very happy to return.

“Relaxed stay in a lovely tropical garden East of Chiang Mai”

Located just outside Nan in a beautiful garden with swimming pool (alas didn't have time to experience it!) with lots of interesting plants and a lovely view over the padi fields below. Each room is a separate wooden chalet with veranda. The air-conditioning unit worked well though switching it on plus the power outlets for charging devices needed some ingenuity. Nice shower and shampoo products. Friendly, attentive staff. Food was good made with care and attention. Excellent breakfast. On learning that one of us had a dietary intolerance they made a special loaf for us for breakfast! Useful advice on places nearby to visit, including an organic farm. Very good place from which to explore the surrounding mountains and valleys.

“Nice, but a bit overpriced”

The location above the rice fields is nice. Outside of the city. We received a good instruction how to find the resort. Staff is friendly but a bit formal. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace. The shower was very good. Also nice to jump in the pool after excursions to the city.

We loved the views and tranquility. Had everything we needed and comfortable bed. Only used the outside shower. We knew this resort was out of town, the stay was worth it but did cost 200 B return into Nan.

“A Hidden Gem in Rural Nan”

We stayed at the Nan Seasons Boutique Resort in October which is wonderfully run and owned by Roger and Kas. The setting is stunning, over looking paddy fields with mountains in the background. Admiring the sunset colours at the viewpoints was definitely one of our highlights. Our lodge was immaculately and tastefully furnished incorporating features of local design, as good if not better than any 5* hotel. It is their labour of love and it shows the attention to detail with "nothing is too much" attitude. We would highly recommend the resort and thank you very much Roger and Kas for an amazing stay. P.S. ask them how they set up the resort as the story is enlightening.

“A wonderful stay close to Nan”

We had a wonderful stay at the Nan Seasons Boutique Resort. Set in the beautiful countryside, overlooking lush green rice fields, this hotel is full of character. The wooden bungalows are beautifully finished and full of thoughtful design. The gardens surrounding the rooms are well landscaped and well tended too. The pool is a lovely touch and adds to the relaxing calm of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasty breakfast options too. The hosts Kas and Roger were so friendly and gracious - we hospitality could not have been better! We would absolutely look forward to staying in this hotel again.

Roger and Cass are exceptional and made our stay very special. The resort is peaceful, spacious and serene. The rooms are gorgeous- we had a sunset villa with a living area and terrace with a lovely view. The food is delicious and the menu extensive and varied. Breakfast is particularly good. Worth every penny and a great experience. Note- we stayed during the heavy flooding that hit Nan so we were unable to do anything but still had a great time and were looked after so well.

“Lovely stay but slightly disappointing.”

Rural location in awe inspiring setting with beautiful views and gardens. Very quiet and private with spacious verandah where we spent most of our time relaxing and planning onward travel. We were able to walk to the local temple also famous for its views. Easy to get a grab to do other sightseeing. The food was delicious and we had the most amazing langostines. Staff were very attentive at mealtimes.

Views over the rice fields during sunset was amazing. Definitely worth getting the Mountain View villa if your budget allows for it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Renting a scooter was fairly priced. Gaeng Hung Lay for breakfast was the bomb.
