Location perfect for South Luangwa and room and staff just what we needed. Redson and Agnes made us so welcome and arranged anything extra we wanted. (Car cleaned,pack up on leaving etc)

Beds were good. Place was quit (except for the rooster early in the morning). Provided a good connection to safary guide.

“I'm sure it will be good value when it is finished.”
We arrived to find that this place was not ready for guests as the electricity had not been connected so there was no light and meals were not available. The young lady who greeted us, however, was very helpful, arranged battery powered light and accompanied us to a restaurant for dinner. We decided not to stay for the second night that I had paid for.
