The staff were amazing and we felt welcomed as soon as we parked the car. Helen's singing and dancing whilst serving drinks was one of our highlights. Room and restaurant was of 5* standard with very tastful, quirky African decorations. One evening we experienced a bush dinner....just amazing. Being 10 minutes from the Etosha park gate made the park close for game drives. A big thanks to Petrus our game park driver who made gin and tonics whilst viewing a rhino. With wild pigs and impala wandering around the grounds, our African trip started wonderfully. If we ever return to Etosha, Mushara Outpost Lodge will be our first choice.

Location is perfect - very close to Etosha gate. A lot of wild animals are walking freely in the territory of the hotel, which is super cool. Super friendly staff. Very good quality game drive , we saw a lot of animals

Great place to stay. The accommodation was great and comfortable with a typical lodge feel to it. The dinner was exceptional and staff extremely friendly. The beds were super comfortable and the shower facilities superb. The breakfast was also excellent. It is located close to the etosha park entrance so easy to also do a self drive safari.

Lovely ambience ,good pool and a watering hole in the grounds where you have a chance to see animals We also had the barbecue under the stars for 2 nights which was fantastic and the staff are absolutely lovely

Fabulous location close to Etosha Park. Beautiful room with both indoor and outdoor showers. We really enjoyed the food and the service. We booked morning and afternoon safari through the hotel. It was on the expensive side but we had an amazing time.

Great position, nice intimacy and atmosphere. Nice and small structure, with taylor-made feeling and wonderfully nestled into the bush. The lobby was amazing, while the tents are nice and clean but need a bit of renovation. The property itself has wildlife inside and we have been welcomed by giraffes at the sunset. Amazing. Food is good and much better when served at the table, rather than the bush-buffet, as served at the table was prepared with excellent carefulness and boosted the nice and romantic atmosphere of this nice lodge. They do have also some nice wines in the wine list. Staff is very attentive, but some of them could be a little more friendly and less stiff as sometimes the feeling was like they were doing you a gesture, rather then being glad to host you.
