“HORRIFYING”
The lady at thwe reception refused to honor the breakfast option. Sheets were stained. No concierge. Room was stuffy with a broken fan. Absolutely do not stay here unless you hate yourself.

“Stay away! Terrible staff and hotel”
Nothing- Staff were so rude, they did not honour the booking.com price ... just said other people pay up to 120000 UGX so you should too despite booking.com confirmed price was 88,000. They also refused to serve the included free breakfast despite me showing them the booking confirmation. The place is next to nothing except a noisy construction site and church. None of the facilities worked such as TV and there was no fridge as stated on site. There were ants, coackroaches and mosquitoes in the room.

The location. It’s a very quiet environment with ample parking space. Affordable and value for money. Plus breakfast was good with a lot of choice.
