Everything was good except for the air conditioning

The receptionist, Abdulmecit, was very helpful, so I will stay here again when I return; everything was great.

recently stayed at the Reikartz Namangan, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. They are exceptionally professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Whether it was a quick question or a request for assistance, their kindness made a huge difference in my stay. The reception even assisted with an early check in as we arrvlived a lil early which gave us some time to rest before starting to explore the city with full batteries. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need, including reliable free Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a great variety and was the perfect start to each day. The hotel's location is also very convenient, being close to the center and local landmarks like the Bobur park and the Afsonalar vodiy park. Overall, the combination of excellent facilities and such a caring team makes this the best place to stay in Namangan. I will definitely be back

We did not have a chance to try... We booked but when the guests arrived to the hotel, they could not provide the reserved room, claiming that the system is not showing the real room availability. The worst experience for all the times using the Booking.com

The hotel is very good, everything satisfactory, very clean, food is delicious, and the staff are very helpful. It is a great experience, I suggest everyone choose the hotel and I will come again.

property is good but staff is untrained, they do not know the room calculation, superior of the staff is uncooperative, in short for this fare you can have many good choice in Namangan.

I was booked two days Unfortunately second day There was no water in bath room even toilet and bathing So I struggled a lot It affected even my business Secondary evening I left other hotel same city and there was enough water and no issues
