Great proximity to the city center. The beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious. We really enjoyed the selection at breakfast and the kindness from all the staff from the gate down to the restaurant.

The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff is absolutely amazing! Muthoni was unforgettable, and Terry as well. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Our suite was clean, comfortable and well equipped with all amenities. The complimentary drinks, fruits & snacks were such a pleasant surprise 😊 Thank you 😊 All the staff we interacted with were professional with excellent service & kind demeanor (concierge, front office, restaurant, Housekeeping) - commendable culture & training. The courtyard & swimming pool were functional outdoor areas that we loved. Overall, we felt welcomed.

Always great to stay at Sarova, has an unmatched elegance and truly the best in Nakuru. Had a Christmas theme going on which was fun for my daughter and niece who accompanied me for the trip
