We would like to sincerely appreciate three members of your staff who made our stay memorable: Beatrice – The day security guard at the entrance was very welcoming and paid great attention to detail. Her warm reception truly set a positive tone for our stay. Enock – At Reception, he was exceptional. When the first room did not meet our expectations, he kindly showed us alternative rooms and arranged for an upgrade. Unfortunately, during our second night, a rainwater pipe burst and water leaked from the roof into the sitting area, soaking some of our clothing from midnight until about 3:00 a.m. Communication was difficult as both the internet and room phone lines were not working due to the heavy rain. Eventually, we managed to reach him, and despite the rain, he personally came to our room and assisted us in moving to another room. He also offered us a late checkout, which we truly appreciated, although we were unable to take it due to prior commitments. Alice – The waitress was wonderful. She took time to explain the meal options to us, especially since we had eaten earlier and did not intend to have lunch. She thoughtfully suggested snack options that we could share. We missed her at dinner as she was off duty, but we met her again at breakfast on checkout day, where she remained friendly, welcoming, and attentive in her service. Our sincere appreciation to these staff members for their professionalism and dedication.

“Home on a hill”

Lake Elementaita Mountain Lodge is the getaway you need that is not too far from home. From the design of the place to the view of the lake from up there to the friendly staff and sumptuous meals, I loved every bit of it. My daughter loved the pool. My son was all about that bath tub. LOL. They also have some board games and well-manicured lawns.

The view and serene environment is the only thing we enjoyed. The pool area was alright

I enjoyed my stay at LEML, the facility is well maintained and the staff were very prompt in responding to guest requests. This trip was meant for just relaxing while watching the beautiful view of Lake Elementaita and I got just that and more! Special thanks to Kade from Xenaxia Spa and Mwende who made my stay extra special. I will definitely be going back!

“Great quiet gem with amazing views”

The location was great offering fantastic views. As the lodge is set on a hill to allow for the lake view, the terrain towards the lodge is challenging but they mentioned that they have started working on a better road. This also means that the trek from the rooms to the restaurant is an uphill. The lodge offers a van to from the rooms to the restaurant, but for hike lovers the walk is worth it.

Breathtaking views, serene environment perfect for a quiet getaway, comfortable modern rooms and the staff were all very friendly. I got a room upgrade due to technical issues on my side which they were very gracious to accommodate.

“Worst Hotel Ever!”

Basically everything about the services on this facility is completely terrible. The staffs are not properly trained, rooms completely dirty, had bedding literally eaten by a rat!!! I have pictures if needed. Terrible quality!
