I liked the fact that the staff members went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was completely satisfactory- including changing me into another room. Also, when I was late for breakfast- I found that they had kept breakfast food items for me, so that I did not miss out on breakfast. I was very touched and very impressed by this thoughtfulness by the restaurant staff.

“Staff not respecting personal space”
Cleanliness was good, room was done although not included while booking. The reception staff was helpful, all the staff were cheerful and helpful apart from the restaurant. The bar staff was okay.
