Excellent communication from start to finish. We asked if breakfast could be served an hour earlier, and they were happy to accommodate us. By the way, breakfast was fantastic – high-quality ingredients, fresh eggs prepared in different ways, pancakes, and excellent coffee. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which turned out to be a true culinary experience. But what surpassed even the outstanding quality of the food was the service and the staff. They were genuinely kind, helpful, and friendly – no pretentiousness at all. We truly felt welcomed and cared for. They did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you for that. By the way, throughout Slovenia we mostly met very friendly people, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable.

We loved our stay at Bolero. Everyone was welcoming, very friendly and absolutely lovely. The overall design is very modern, the rooms were very clean and had everything you could wish for. The breakfast was exceptional. We travelled with three adults and one toddler and had more than enough space. We'd definitely recommend Bolero and stay here again. Thank you so much for the great start of our vacation.

I liked the modern design of the room, the shower. The contactless key drop-off worked great. The fact that the hotel was on the upper floor of the restaurant was a good perk, since the restaurant offered a wide variety of dinner menis and a massive breakfast the next morning.

“Perfect stay close to Bled & Vintgar.”
Room was spacious, clean, in new condition. The hosts were very kind, helping us with everything we needed. Close to the highway, just 20 min drive from Bled. Amazing breakfast and dinner at the restaurant.

A wonderful accommodation in the village of Naklo, just a 20-minute drive from Lake Bled. The village is quiet, beautiful, and pleasant, offering a unique rural experience. What truly made our stay special were the amazing hosts. They were super nice and considerate. When my partner got sick on the day of departure, they allowed us to stay and made us tea. Their personal and warm hospitality really touched our hearts. Additionally, there is an excellent restaurant on-site, so we didn't have to go far for good food. Naklo is a great place to stay and use as a base for trips in the area. Highly recommended!

“Nice place to stay with a great restaurant and parking. Great start to trips by car.”
The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic. There is a lot of food and choices where everyone can pick what he likes. The waitress was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and looked nice. Like in the pictures. There was an electric kettle and coffee machine with some glasses and cups in the room. There was air conditioning in the room.
