“Amazing stay with very kind and helpful staff”
From the very start, my stay was amazing. Check-in was officially from 16:00, but I arrived in the morning and the hotel kindly allowed me to leave my hand luggage in the room earlier, which helped me a lot. I do not speak Polish, but even with the language barrier, I could clearly feel how pleasant and welcoming everyone was. Their body language, understanding, patience, and positive attitude made a big difference. Most of the staff could speak English, but even when they could not, it was never a problem because with technology and good attitude, everything was understood. I genuinely felt valued as a guest throughout my stay. On my final day, check-out was at 11:00, but my flight was only at night. As I did not know the area well, I asked if I could leave my luggage at the hotel and come back later, and they kindly accepted. Seriously, I will definitely come back.

“Nice... Sympathy... Clean...”
Not kosher.. But I find it reasonable and it gives apetite to eat Personal staff very friendly.. But need of better speaking English

Stayed for few days when visiting my parents in Naklo Amazing staff... really very friendly and very helpful. Amazing food (including buffet breakfast) - the best zurek i have evert tested

“It was a really good hotel.”
The location was close to the wedding venue we were at, so perfect for that. The rooms are a good size and the bathroom was very modern and clean. The staff were really helpful, especially as we couldn't speak Polish and were able to organise taxis for us. They were very patient and cheerful.

“Confortable evening, restful night: just what I needed before starting the competition the next day.”
Breakfast was good, in buffet form. I could also ask for additional things I would like. Room was very clean, warm and silent (well isolated). I also could make a hot tea with provided gear. On the first floor it was possible to iron.
