Good location, one stop by bus or 7 minutes walking. Clean rooms. Good onsen. Evening dashi is a nice touch. Very good breakfast.

I believe this is the most modern hotel with excellent facilities and location in Nakatsugawa. Perfect for those travelers who prefer modern accommodation in this beautiful traditional town.

“Lovely hotel in a beautiful town”

I loved this hotel with it’s quiet and relaxing vibe. A lovely dining area and the breakfast was amazing! The amenities were really good, a welcome grapefruit drink and lovely broth in the evening. So nice to come back to after exploring. Nakatsugawa is a beautiful town, lovely to walk around and a great base for hiking in the area. The hotel has useful information about buses and trains. It’s a short walk to the train station. I hope to return one day!

We loved the Inn so much and was the highlight of our holiday. Nakatsugawa is a lovely place to walk around in and the Inn was in a very convenient location. The rooms were well laid out and the breakfasts were superb. Loved having a table and benches in the room so we could gather with our friends.

“Nice hotel”

A very nice hotel, clean and simple. You are not allowed to wear shoes inside the hotel. Good location, quit, but close to restaurants and the trainstation. Good breakfast and a very nice public bath (for free). The room was a little too small for three persons and a lot of luggage, but the beds were good. Easy access to the station and the bus to Magome (lots of information). Nakasendo trail from Magome to Tsumago was really great! We took a bus from Tsumago to Nagiso and the express train from there back to Nakatsuwaga. Very easy...Or you can take the bus from Tsumago to Nakatsuwaga. In Nakatsuwaga, a very quit town, we ate nice burgers and chinese food 8having a lot of japansese food before and after that)

Enjoyed the amenities especially the public bath. Modern styled architecture and ambience. Breakfast was great and rice and broth at night a treat. Good location close to station and buses.

The hotel's location is easily to find. Hotel staff is helpful. Car park service is provided & nearby the hotel. The room is clean & tidy. Hotel provided onsen service. the breakfast is good & nave many choice.

Breakfast was wonderful. Service was ok but the hotel provided basic amenities for the guest such as toothbrush, cotton bud and stuff which was a nice touch. Location was great - easy to travel to Magome for Nakasendo trail.

It felt like home. As soon as you enter the hotel, you need to take off your shoes and place them in a shoe box. So no shoes policy around the whole hotel - really nice. Nice sitting area on a ground floor where you can enjoy some broth in the evening or bring your own meal. Nice Onsen facility.

Onn Nakatsugawa was a lovely stop for the first leg of the Nakasendo. Breakfast was exceptional and the Onsen was very nice. Staff were lovely and kind and very helpful.
