First I got there: Staff don't speak English Food is bought from outside Rooms are basic, small Price is very expensive for 1 night 17$ without air conditioning.

“A really pleasant suprise after a long journey!”
Value for money was exceptional and a really lovely surprise to access a beautiful swimming pool in exceptional setting. From the outside the hotel looked unexceptional but the complex was a teal suprise.

“Polite staff”
If you want to relax I guess this is the place, the swimming pool is big and very nice, you can see the staff cleaning it every day. The food at the restaurant is simple but tasty. All the staff is very polite and I think that is important to mention. Apart from a young man and a nice lady, barely anyone else speaks english, but they will read if you translate with the phone.

A very nice hotel to stay in the town, easy for parking, clean room with AC and fridge, we also order our breakfast and dinner in the hotel, a young girl who can speak a little English help a lot to us

“An excellent choice for trips in the Si Pha Don area”
The hotel is in an excellent location for excursions in the Si Pha Don area, in the middle of rice fields. The wifi sometimes doesn't reach the rooms, but it was fine in the common areas. Only one student from the staff could speak English. Breakfast was a selection from the menu, excellent Pho soup. The pool is slightly cloudy, but very pleasant and refreshing. The hotel also has a shop with basic necessities. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the ferry to Nakasang. The rooms are very spacious.

A lovely hotel, it is is in the middle of nowhere, but has the most lovely receptionist lady, who has made our time here amazing, the rooms are great and the pool area catches the sun all day !!

“excellent”
the staff were exceptionally friendly the hotel manger lychin went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. helped us organise a bbq by letting us use theirs and even taking us to the market to buy the meat. a lovely pool area with large pool and an in pool bar

The young man Lichinchiv is essential to the place as his English is very good. Furthermore, he is very apprachable, friendly, efficient and can be relied upon. He seems to run the place 👍🏻 The pool was very nice as well as the outside seating area in front of the room.

“Great service: tuk tuk shuttle and boat to Don Det”
The staff was very friendly and helpful with very good English. Arranged the transport from the hotel to Don Det for free. The room was on the ground floor and A/C worked very well.
