“Incredible hidden gem”

The villa is an incredibly cool building on a premium location right next to the waterfall. It’s a hidden gem in a very safe residential part of Nairobi. Norman was very friendly and helpful. They thought of everything, even hot water bottles when the nights were a bit colder and some tea and bananas when we had to leave for the airport at 5am.

The closeness of the Villa to the river. Hearing the water rush down as you sleep was amazing! The host was great! And the staff were very friendly and attentive. The bed was quite comfortable and the hot water bottle touch was quite thoughtful

It was a perfect gateway.

This accommodation was right next to a beautiful waterfall in a very quiet, safe green area. The hosts were very warm and friendly, always there to help us with anything that we needed and making sure we were having a nice time. The value for money is incredible. I will definitely be back!

“Perfect city escape!”

This charming guesthouse was perfect. the soothing sound of the river & mini waterfall, the beautiful garden had cozy nooks to sit , unwind and listen to the trees rustling with a cup of delicious aromatic coffee, it was the perfect way to start your mornings or end your day of exploration - I even ended buying 500g of coffee to bring home! Comfy beds and clean bathroom with a great shower to set you up for the morning and end the night. The team was always smiling and ready to help which added to making it a wonderful 2 days. While the location is a bit out of town, it is so easy to get an uber or boda boda to bring you to wherever you need to get to. And if you order food delivery, just pop into the kitchen to ask for cutlery and utensils and a wine glass or make yourself a tea or coffee to have after your meal! Bonus - catto and doggo to play with!

This place is the closest I've seen to the concept of "agritourism" in Europe: a nice place, not too expensive, with a family management, offering excellent quality and local produce, without compromising on any of the essentials. Villa Rock-Stop Falls is not only excellent for leisure travellers, but also great for those doing business around the UN/Embassies' area, which is less than ten minutes away by car with zero traffic ensured.

We had a lovely time at Villa Rock Stops. It’s a very clean place and honestly feels like a breath of fresh air right in the middle of the bustling city. The best part of our stay was the Manager Norman. We spent a full day with him and he was amazing, he took us on a tour of Nairobi National Park (very good Price) and then showed us around downtown and other parts of the city. He is a super nice, friendly guy who helped us with every question we had and really went out of his way to help (eben days after our stay!!). He made our arrival and our first time in Kenya the best it could possibly be. If you’re coming to Nairobi, I highly recommend staying here and hanging out with him!

Beautiful, mid century modern-style property with lots of space and cool architecture. Really unusual design in the best way with great views of the river. Rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable, staff were absolutely delightful and welcoming, we also met the manager who told us his father was the Danish architect who designed this place. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, we had a lovely night here and highly recommend this place!
