“A cosy modern apartment”
The apartment is very clean, modern with excellent security. The apartment is stocked with supplies, comfortable working space and fast internet. It's close to a mall and a 24hr supermarket which was easy for us as we checked in late. This was a perfect Nairobi stay.

This appartement was occupied by other tenants when we arrived. Double renting so we never got inside and the agent chased us away and cancelled ( annuled) our booking. We were left stranded and had to look for alternative appartement same day in booking. Com

“Urban Haven is pretty dope”
The host was fantastic - met us at 11;30 pm while it was raining. He showed us how to use the shower heating system which is pretty straight forward anyway. We all had a great night's sleep - no complaints from us :-)

The house was so clean and warm that it felt like a home away from home. Closer to a supermarket and a mall. The host was super accommodating and gave good recommendations. The apartment is secure and has enough parking.

“Don’t hesitate and pick here for you’re next stay!”
The apartment is beautiful. It’s super close to naivas, a lot of restaurants, junction mall, greenhouse mall and even pharmacies. Walking distance to alot, taxis are cheap on Uber or bolt to get around. It’s a calm and quiet neighbourhood with lots of facilities. The building has a washing machine, pool etc. The apartment has many floors so there is quite a nice view too. Overall a very convenient stay and the owner is very kind and easy to contact and ask questions. The apartment was also very clean when we first saw it

“It was exceptional and I will definitely book the apartments the next time am in Nairobi.”
The location was great. Naivas foodmart was next to the building and had meals that were reasonable. Junction Mall was 0.2 miles from the apartment. Uber services were easy to access and cabs were mostly waiting outside the apartments. Kendy, the apartment manager, was always on point to respond to any question that I had. She agreed to extend my check out time by an extra 2 hours.

A very well stocked supermarket right next to the property. There was a decent gym and a swimming pool. The apartment itself was great!

“Lovely and spacious appartment”
I had asked beforehand if we could arrive around ten, that was okay. But on arrival, the previous guests were stil there and said they had arranged to leave at twelve. Luckily, we found a solution by leaving our luggage and going off for breakfast. The owner arrangeed for thhe cleaners to come straight away. So when we came back later, everything was fine.
