“Good venue, let down by misleading listing and poorly trained staff”
Nicely furnished, equipped and layout. Well placed for connections to places we wanted to visit. Not too far from airport.

Best beds I have felt in Kenya, AC works perfect, shower great, staff very polite and nice, kitchen works fine for cooking, great balcony, tasty food in restaurant, will come back soon again😍

Everything in the facilities ,the rooms the location , close to the Shopping malls ,Museum is 5 mins walk .cleanliness in the room the staff were very professional ready to assist ,the housekeeping service top notch ,security 24/7 the property is well secured.

“The friendliest personal I've ever met.”
The apartment was very spacious for 2 people.We had everything that we needed for a short stay. The staff was awesome.Very,very very friendly and polite and did their job very well.They make us feel like we were their close friends ,not a guests The Broadwalk mall was in a few minutes walking distance.

“A home away from home with excellent customer service”
Stayed several times, after 20+ stays elsewhere in Nairobi, since I discovered this place I really can't imagine staying anywhere else. A true home from home, the staff are universally lovely, a special shout out to my security friends Jenny, Dennis and Evans who are always pleased to see me and have a catch-up and a chat. I want to especially call out Joan on reception for something she did on a previous stay, something happened nothing to do with the hotel and I needed to leave overnight, she was so caring and helpful about my situation and gave me her personal WhatsApp number in case I needed help while I was away - incredible customer service. I love the studio with balcony facing Westlands, it's quiet, massive (way bigger than many one bedrooms) and truly my home in Nairobi - Joan even assigned me exactly the same room this trip! Looking forward to returning again soon.
