“excellent stay for me and my husband”
Elizabeth and the other receptionists were wonderful, and the concierge service impeccable. Always smiling and greeting warmly when you enter and leave the hotel. We forgot a pink bag, and it took one call,l and the bag reached us without any trouble. We returned and stayed before our flight to the UK. Rooms 801 and 803. Breakfast is amazingly served.

“Nice overnight stay”
Large, clean room, very quiet, and comfortable beds. The showers had hot water, very quickly. The breakfast was excellent with a very rich selection of different buffets. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever I arrive in Nairobi at night, this is my favourite hotel to stay at for the night.

“Very bad property”
Very very old property posted pictures in booking .com are good but the property is very very old. No air-condition too many mosquitoes flies bed is very uncomfortable

Restaurant was very slow food was not up to standard. We had issues with the room- the sink was broken and half fixed, we could hear the neighbor in the opposite room early in the morning since the walls are too thin, there was always music playing from 0600 since the rooms are above the main restaurant, the staff were slow especially at the restaurant!
