I would also like to commend several staff members who made a genuine difference and without whom this experience would have been far worse: - Peter and Christopher at the pool* – always kind, attentive, and welcoming - *Mercy, the spa masseuse – professional and deeply skilled - *Benson Tom, the gardener* – thoughtful and gracious - *George, waiter at Kigwa* – friendly and attentive - *Benson from the Japanese restaurant* – provided excellent service throughout Their professionalism and warmth were a stark contrast to the broader issues I experienced and should be recognised.

The hotel facilities, the park, the swimming pools and the kindness of the staff. The room is very comfortable, the terrace is large, and it's absolutely peaceful in Nairobi. One of the most beautiful hotels (top 3) I've stayed in during my travels.
