“Relaxing, nice host/ hostess”

Host en hostess really nice. Great place for start/ end holiday. Quiet, at edge of Nairobi NP. We had 3 cottages, 2 bedrooms and one dining room/ kitchen. We flew for thw rest of the holiday to Zanzibar next day, and our clothes were washed for the next day!! Bery nice pool with view of the park.

“Unique”

The location behind the national parc makes it relaxing place to stay. It is a privilege to watch girafes and antilopes from the swimming pool area. The staff is very helpful and would advise whatever your need.

This is a charming place located outside of Nairobi and a perfect place to relax. It is very green, and you can see the national park from the garden, with wild animals passing by. There are almost no people around. The breakfast (basic ingredients provided to prepare it yourself) was simple but the lunch and dinner (suggested meals prepared by the chef upon requesting) delicious, with a good mix of local and international cuisine. You can also use the kitchen to prepare your own food. Staff are super friendly and helpful. WiFi worked well.

What a magical spot. Such a gorgeous view across the national park, and far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city that you feel as if you’re in the bush and can quite easily relax - yet close enough to enjoy many of the city’s main attractions. The staff are also amazing and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. They happily arranged a last minute meal for us and took it upon themselves to sort out our issues with our car rental.

“Wonderful views of Nairobi National Park”

From the terrace you can see animals in Nairobi national park. We saw a rhino and her baby, and a lion on the drive as we left for a game drive! Also had baboons around our rooms. The staff helped arrange a chef for meals and put us in contact with a brilliant safari guide. They also packed up our breakfast so we could take it on our drives.

“Idyllic and perfect stay”

The most incredible place!! The grounds are so beautiful and well maintained, and the location is perfect backing right onto Nairobi National Park. The views are stunning and you can regularly see animals roaming the park. The service was also amazing - Ann looked after our every need (including laundry) and was so lovely. The chef was fantastic and cooked meals to our liking every evening, and Bernard drove us everywhere we needed to go and made sure we had the best experiences. Communication to organise this was also very easy. Overall we would highly highly recommend!! We had a perfect stay and we cannot wait to come back one day.

The location is gorgeous. Beautiful gardens, a lovely pool and stunning views. We saw rhinos, giraffe, eland and other animals while we sat on the patio.

“Nice compound but...”

The compound is in a remote area, beautyful but rather small. The houses are nicely done, with beautiful flowers around and the rooms were clean but the mosquito net unfortunately had holes. I was shown my room/house at arrival by a not so friendly - I don't know who he really was. He was the only staff I met. Nobody else there. Breakfast ingredients were shown to me in the kitchen that wasn't attached to the room but an extra kitchen house opposite my room, so whenever I need something I had to go outside, also at night. I had to make breakfast myself another thing I didn't expect. I thought the kitchen use was meant for making lunch or dinner during my stay (I knew there was no restaurant through the description on booking.com) and breakfast was being served in a common area but there is no such place.
