The whole place was very clean and nice! Comfortable bed, the fan was supernice to have! All interactions with staff was friendly and easy. The on site restaurant had a nice vibe and great food/drinks. Great location, shower delivered good cold shower for me and good warm ones for my lady🙏 This stay was 1 night for us only in the middle of a trip from Nakuru to Nanyuki, but we would for sure stay here again and for longer!

Hey! I really liked a few things about Joy Palace: The location in Westlands is super convenient – walking distance to malls like Sarit Centre/Westgate, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and easy access to buses downtown. Perfect if you want to explore without relying on taxis all the time. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful – from reception to the restaurant team, they were responsive and made everything feel welcoming. Rooms were clean, with comfortable beds, hot showers, TV, and good value for the price (especially with breakfast included in some deals). It felt safe with decent security, and the vibe was peaceful during the day. Overall, great budget-friendly spot in a lively area – I'd stay again! What about you, have you been there?"
