My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional and far beyond my expectations. Everything was outstanding: the location, the cleanliness, the comfort, the atmosphere and the spectacular food. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the people. The service was warm, professional and incredibly attentive. It is not common to find a team with this level of kindness, dedication and genuine care: I would especially like to recognize the amazings Abdul, Omar, Chelsea and Sofia, who were wonderful throughout my stay. They were always willing to help and solved everything with an exceptionally high level of professionalism, efficiency and kindness. A very special thank you also to the housekeeping team, who kept everything impeccable and also want to mention the gentleman at the front door security, who was always attentive, welcoming and smiling, adding so much to the feeling of safety and hospitality. The food deserves a special mention as well. The place is is truly felt like a hidden gem: fresh, flavorful, beautifully prepared and consistently excellent. Every meal was a pleasure, and the quality of the food added so much to the overall experience. I am also deeply grateful to Kevin, who took me and my friend on tours, including a safari, and truly elevated our entire experience. He was knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful and incredibly kind. Throughout every outing, he made me feel safe, comfortable and very well cared for. His knowledge, attitude and attention to detail made a real difference, especially during the safari, which became one of the most memorable parts of my trip thanks to him. It is not common to meet someone with such a strong combination of professionalism, kindness, responsibility and genuine care. This was much more than a hotel stay. It was a beautiful and memorable experience because of the extraordinary people behind it. I will definitely come back without any doubt.

I liked everything about this property. The atmosphere, the design, the beauty of the place. But the best part of it was its staff Abdul, Omar, Sofia and all staff including the drivers and Kevin with who I had the best safari experience. I will highly recommend this property and if I will ever come back to Nairobi I know where to stay: here!

The location, food and staff were exceptional.

Location, close to Village Market (5-minute walk) is very convenient and the staff is very helpful. It's also quiet and the garden is very nice.

I reserved a non refundable room that suited my needs after a long expedition. I was notified that it was unavailable and the staff asked to negotiate the price difference in 'extras' if I took an inferior room. Frustratingly, I had to pivot and find alternate accommodation while en route to Nairobi. The reservation was eventually cancelled after a zoo of correspondences, due to overbooking, the refund was short about $75bux and Gigiri Lion Villas wasn't as promoted.

I loved the location, its in a safe area not far from the UN. There is also a shopping mall nearby which is very convenient. Staff members were great, from gatekeepers to reception to kitchen staff—all of them were nice and always helping out. I really appreciated that about the property.
