“Great stay for a great price”
Great stay. Staff were excellent, security, reception, housekeeping and restaurant/bar staff all very friendly and professional. Very secure with 24/7 security and front desk. The place isn't huge so didn't feel too busy. Well equipped room, much nicer than having a standard hotel room especially when travelling with a child. The sort of place you find and don't want to risk gambling somewhere else on your next stay - so I will be back! Also, I highly recommended Cytravel, the sister company who you can book Safaris with onsite. We had a great experience on our Nairobi National Park trip :)

Wonderful breakfast with a great variety of choices, including complimentary juice and fresh fruit. The staff were excellent—friendly and very helpful. Good facilities as well.

The hotel is clean, well priced, the restaurant has a great range of options and is good food, the pool is great, the gym is ok. It was a pleasant stay and the staff were really kind. Only down side was that booking says free pick up from airport - there isn't and neither booking.com or the hotel would own the false advertising. But that is no biggie - but if you are lured in by that you'll be disappointed. Dont do laundry there - there are a couple of places down the road.

It's convenient as a Nairobi stop on the way home. The layout of the building works, with the pool and restaurant/bar. Good to have a little kitchen and lounge in the apartment, too!
