The hotel offered me a shuttle service from the train station, which I truly appreciated. Although the room I received was not the same as the one I had originally booked, they changed it the next day and refunded me 50% as compensation. I was also impressed by how quickly the staff responded to all my requests — everything was provided within minutes without any delay. My sincere thanks to all the staff for their kindness and excellent service.

A good and convinient hotel for overnight-stays in Nairobi. Very reliable pick-up and transfer to as well Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Wilson Airport and Terminus Trainstation. Good restaurant, excellent service. Although it's near to the airport, it's quiet. Comfortable and clean rooms with everything you need.

Location is close to the airport. They have airport service and when I got there someone was already waiting to pick me up. Service was excellent. Rooms were spacious. Staff were friendly. I can't find a single negative.

Shuttle is excellent, staff were great and arranged an early breakfast for me as I had to leave as early as 4 am, the room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Overall excellent and I would stay again.
