“Great location and comfortable stay”

The property was in a great location and close to the Atoll marine centre which was the main reason for my trip. The staff were very helpful in organising flights to and from Male and the connecting boat over to the island. The room was very spacious, celan and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. If you are wanting to visiting Naifaru I would recommend staying here.

Place was exactly what we needed: affordable, quite, calm, family and culturally friendly, no bikini beach. Liked the Maldivian breakfast food every morning. Thanks much for the great hospitality, and programs.

The property was in a great location by the beach, the dive centre, the turtle sanctuary and the cafe. There were fantastic views from the terrace where we were served our breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much for them. The property was spotlessly clean supplying towels and sheets on our request. The beds we found super comfy. Nargiz was an absolute treasure arranging excursions and ferry tickets. Saritam was brilliant at her job and served us wonderful breakfasts always with a huge smile.

It was an amazing experience. The communication was brilliant, we got everything arranged and even much more. We got a detail tour arround the island free of charge, a transfer from the harbour and back. The staff supplied us with all the necessary information in time and was helpful for the entire time. The location was perfect, we could experience the real life of the local community,

Pati (Patrycja) was the most welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and kind person who excelled at being the „face“ of One The Island, from messaging pre-stay, while I was in Naifaru and even afterwards. Girl-crush! But also all other people were super nice and welcoming at the Guesthouse. The place and my room were super cozy and spacious. Bed was comfy and I recognised a lot of Swedish furniture ;) . The fridge was perfect for me. Breakfast was freshly made and tasty. I stayed on the island in order to visit the local Atoll Marine Center to have cats spayed. At One The Island they could even get in touch with the speedboat and organise the journey. By the way, a visit of the Marine Centre is much recommended, very interesting and kind people all around. They explain patiently what their work is there, and in consequence how much we all have to take care of our eating habits, and how it is produced, if fish is part of our diet. Mohammed, the owner of the guest house took me on a tour around the island, which gave a good insight into life on Naifaru, which is a bit further away from Male, so some things are a bit different here. It was just a perfect stay for me. Writing this review now a bit later, I really miss it. Thank you to One The Island and Pati!! BTW, the cats are doing great!

I really like the staff there, Cristina was very friendly, helpfull and offers attractions so that no one is bored. I recommend kayaking but be smarter than me and take sunscreen with you 😉 If you are reading this, I wish you nice vacation 😊

Room: small, but very clean and neat. Location: Good, sunset beach amazing, two near by restaurants, open space outside hotel and Turtle rescue centre 👌 Cristina, she is so helpful, friendly and will make sure your stay is extremely good. Overall: Good hotel, location and ambience.

from Arrival to departure everything was great organized by Christina and Mohamed. Had a great time and awesome excursions with guesthouse’s boat to snorkel with Manta Ray and visiting beautiful beaches on lonely islands. Guest house is great and next to sunset beach. Room was really big and comfortable. I recommend choosing the maledives breakfast from guesthouse because it’s super delicious 😋

Greeted on our arrival. The accommodation was of a high standard. The rooms were large with comfortable beds. Everywhere was kept very clean. The AC was very welcomed. There was a drying line outside. Breakfast on the terrace included either continental or local with wonderful views of the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged transport to and from Male airport for us as was the pick up and drop off at the local airport as well as the harbor. Excellent excursions were organised by the staff with very personal service.

Guesthouse is almost new, super clean and situated perfectly. Good wifi, tv and ac. Good quality furnitures/materials and close to beautiful beach. Staff was most kind and helpfull. For example: my rooms tv was broken, but it got replaced in couple of hours😊 Higly reccommendable. Would be perfect for longer stay, though I only spend short while.

I had a very pleasant stay at One The Island. The staff was courteous and the room was nice and clean. It is located close to the beach and you could also watch the sunset from the rooftop. The price was more then reasonable and I would definitely recommend staying there when visiting Naifaru.

I had a great stay at One The Island. My room was super clean and comfortable. The wifi worked perfectly and it was nice and quiet at night. The roof terrace is the perfect location to watch the sunset with a full view of the sun going down over the sea. I would definitely recommend staying here :)

“Incredible local island Naifaru, Turtle Conservation Center ,private diving and fishing ,fair prices”

After visiting different expensive resorts, we have decided last minute to visit a local island Naifaru to see the turtle rescue center and dive with the turtles in Kuredu, which is 30min away by boat. Mohamed ,the founder of the Conservation Turtle Centre in Naifaru was incredible! Very friendly and welcoming. In less than few hours he has arranged our Seaplane ,boat, accommodation and all activities. After spending 20 days in Maldives , Naifaru was way better than any resorts in terms of: service, food, activities , prices and exclusivity! We did night fishing and ate the fish we caught that was cooked by restaurant Aqua Garden. Here there was a healthy choice of a la carte menu , continental breakfast ,nice omelette , fresh coconut and local food . From Naifaru we had a private boat with diving master and did scuba diving in Kuredu where we've seen the most turtles in Maldives and a lot of marine life. Also you can hire a private boat to visit the inhabited islands where you can dive or snorkel , it's not far from Naifaru about 30min by boat , wonderful. The best part is that you don't need to share the boat with any other tourists or follow an exact time frame as it happens in the resorts. The Turtle Rescue Center had some beautiful turtles that were rescued and the lovely volunteers were taking care of them daily, it was so amazing to see all this. These guys are seriously working hard to save the turtles. I admire how much they do and how passionate they are to save and preserve the turtles.
