Very simple but clean and welcoming. The front looks like a shop but Arun is a lovely chap and the place is clean and 15 minutes walk from the airport. A good option if you need a budget stopover pre flight or somewhere lower cost to stay for Naiyang beach which was a 15 minute walk.
