“Excellent”

It's down a nice quiet side road, but close to the beach. The woman who runs it was absolutely lovely. There's a restaurant next to it which is amazing, plus they rent scooters for a very good price. 10/10 experience all round. They also clean every 2/3 days, and leave water for you. I stayed here for 16 days, I could stay there for months if I had to.

The location is great, 10 minutes walk to the beach, nearby cafes and shops. Its quiet and clean, great for a short stay close to the beach and airport.

“Cute local gem on Naiyang Beach”

This little gem was such a pleasant surprise - first of all Wuan is a wonderful host and was already waiting for me when I arrived in the evening. The flat is tucked into the back of an alley with lots of cats and some lovely neighbors. I honestly forgot that I had booked an entire flat but it was so comfortable and I can imagine booking it for a longer stay too. For those who don't like hard Thai beds fear not, because this bed was firm but so comfortable and very cozy linens. The small lounge and the kitchen had everything you may need and the shower was really hot, not always a given in smaller guesthouses. Also great wifi and aircon. The location was also amazing. Since you are at the end of the alley it is really quiet but right next door is a great Thai seafood restaurant and around the corner a bit Tops with wine shop and cafe. On your way to the beach (about a 10 minute walk) there is a gym, money exchange and plenty of other stores and cafes. You are in the middle of the action really quickly but don't have hordes of people around. All in all, the perfect stay in Naiyang Beach - I will definitely be back!

Nice, modern house with good wifi, smart TV, AC, kitchen. Less than 10 min to Nai Yang beach. Close to cheap local mini supermarket. Nice and friendly staff.
