Hi! We had only positive impressions of Utopia Naiharn, where we stayed for one month. The apartment was in great condition, the cleaning was timely and of good quality, and the staff were always friendly and willing to help. The location is very convenient: about 3 minutes by scooter or 15 minutes on foot to the beautiful Nai Harn Beach, and around 6 minutes by scooter to Rawai Beach, which is a great starting point for trips to the nearby islands.

Honestly the place had an incredibly strong smell of sewage, so we had to leave immediately (the room and the complex). We left after one night and were refused a refund.

The rooms were exceptionally equipped. The hotle near naiharn beach with good location .Reception staff and room service were excellent.

Unforgettable experience. An outstanding hotel with beautiful pools, roof pool and small islands pool. The restaurant is also roof top, and prepares tasty food at affordable good price. The waitresses very polites and professionals, especially Tap. Daily cleaning, deep and efficient, with free toiletries and towels/linen replacement. Second time at Utopia, and we will return.In short, excellent hotel to recommend.

“Fine but only if you don’t mind noise from your neighbours”

Loft apartment we stayed in were is a good shape.

It was far from everything. English was a barrier. There were no activities. Nothing was explained. The property is sectioned up and no one explains where you can go. There are no places to lounge and sun, perhaps a dozen lounge chairs on the entire property. Just outside the property the ground resembles a garbage dump. Did not feel any hospitality. Would not visit again and will not recommend.

The two level apartment was pretty good. Clean. Great area and close to beach.

The hotel is located slightly away from the main street of Nai Harn, about a 10-minute walk or 1 minute by scooter. The hotel is in a peaceful area, surrounded by forest. The beach is also nearby, just 1–2 minutes by scooter. The room was two-story, with the bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor, and the kitchen and living room downstairs. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were great, and there was plenty of space. The air conditioner worked well and didn’t blow directly on you.

The staff were friendly, and the pool access from our room was great. It was an amazing use of space, a little tight in places, but still a good place to stay.

The hotel is beautifully designed and clean. I particularly enjoyed such a one-stop service hotel like this, consisting of restaurant, spa, pool, and fitness. I felt welcome and cared for, whether it was a friendly greeting, helpful recommendations, or prompt assistance with any request. I can't wait to return and experience it once again.

“Not worth it.”

The hotels we liked didn't have availability for our dates, so we decided to stay here. Everything in the photos was stylish and modern. In reality everything looks more “tired” than in the pictures. But that's not the main thing. Very noisy. In the room description it was written about soundproofing walls, but this is nonsense. The screams of children in the morning from the pool behind the closed window, the screams of quarreling couples, the noise from the TV in the next room behind the wall at night, I even heard their usual rather quiet conversations. Children's crying is constantly heard from the corridor. Perhaps this place is designed just purely for children and families, because in reality I would not recommend staying here; it is better to find something else. Well, maybe out of despair. Walking to the beach is inconvenient; no one took care of pedestrians. The staff didn’t say anything at all - neither about the pools on the roof (they are rather weak, there is not enough space), nor about the working hours of the gym. But they demanded a deposit in cash, which no one warned us about. There is no ATM here, so you could negotiate and install it if you really need cash. There are better places for this price, it's not worth it.
