“Great location but not good value!”
The location near the beach was great and the beach itself is stunning -only a short walk from the apartment. The pool area was nice, clean and quiet. The apartment is large, so we had ample space for 2 couples. We had plenty of hot water and there was all that we needed in the kitchen.

“All perfect, we can definetelly recommend!”
Stylish thai apartment, in ground floor, well equipped just missing few glass or wine cups, AC working well, microwave and oven, all fine. Mosquitos should be less but it is close to the lake so understandable. Close to the beach, everyday feed from Dada thai restaurant we can only reccomend. Pool on first floor, we expected by the apartment, but its very close. Apreciated service on whatsapp group so quock response.

“An oasis in Nai Harn”
I have known this property since 2003 and was once an owner of one of the apartments. It is an excellent location in Nai Harn next to one of the best beaches in Thailand. Unfortunately Nai Harn is rather over developed now with heavy traffic and crowded shops and restaurants. The Sands still offers sanctuary from all that.

Fantastic spot love coming back here. Nai Harn one of the best beaches on the island and the Sands is the perfect way to experience the it.
