Perfect for a short stay

Lovely little apartment with microwave and large fridge. 7 Eleven down the street and Lotus shop 5 minutes in the opposite direction. The beach is very nice 15 minutes walk from the property. Quiet location with bars and restaurants

Number 4 is great! Our room had great views, lots of light and a walk away from the beach, restaurants and everything else. Its the second time we have stayed and will probably be back

We had a room with a kitchen on the second floor (with an exit to the street and a bar). We were delighted with the cleanliness and the daily updates to the room 😍. Returning to the room felt like we had just checked in, which was very pleasant! The girl who takes care of everything is very responsive and helpful, but it’s necessary to exchange contact details with her, as there is no traditional reception. She responds kindly to all requests and helps immediately. The towels, plumbing, and other amenities are not brand new but are clean. A special delight was the large wardrobe with many shelves – very convenient. The only downside for us is one request: after reserving the room, the owner or someone else should be in regular contact. After booking, I waited a long time for responses on Booking, and on the day of the trip, I didn’t receive any answer about the transfer, which made me quite anxious. I hope this was an isolated incident, but if not, I would suggest reconsidering communication flexibility. Also, a couple of individual downsides: noise from the street (mainly motorcycle sounds) is still audible, and the air conditioning blows directly on you, but the owner ordered a cover for it, so this issue might be resolved or it might have only bothered us. In the end, we received gifts, which was very nice. We wish the hotel continued success!

The place itself, the cleanliness, the staff is absolutely lovely- great value place. I really loved it. Unfortunately I only ‘slept’ there one night of 3 due to the noise.

The room was very nice. Great value for money. The location is excellent, there is a lake just down the road and nai harn beach as well. Ya nui beach is only 10 mins away and so was prom thep cape view point.

A lot of space, kitchen with everything that you need, 7/11 and pharmacy near, beach is 15 min walk from this hotel

The hotel is close to the beach, about 15 minutes on foot. The price-performance ratio is also right. It was cleaned every day and the staff is very friendly.
