“Great location and amenities, but humidity and mold issues detracted significantly from the experience.”
The property was in a great location with plenty of amenities nearby, such as shops, massage places, and the beach. The room itself was thoughtfully equipped with air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a TV, and a clean toilet, making it convenient for guests. The owners were also responsive and tried to assist us during our stay.

“Lovely and clean studio in a buzzing location”
* Very comfortable and big bed. * Very clean. * Great to have a washing machine and a clothes drying rack. * Fully stocked kitchenette and two bottles of water in the fridge upon arrival. * Lovely touch to have some free toiletries like a hotel. * Excellent shower. Very clean, great pressure. Included bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. * Safe included that worked perfectly and was hidden away. * Great to have towels for the shower and separate towels to be used at the beach. * Amazing to have an Internet hot-spot device that we could use outside of the studio apartment, as we didn't have a Thai sim.

“Nice place to stay in Rawai / Phuket”
Very friendly host. Nice comfy room like on the picture (not new anymore but well maintained). Great location. Very practical flat. Laundry machine (incl detergent). Fast and reliable WIFI. Recommended

“I enjoyed my stay”
Great little appartment with a great design and everything you could need and a nice rooftop pool. Elana the owner was very helpful. Walking distance from a few nice beaches with good snorkeling. If you want to eat excellent thai food for a very low price near the appartment, I recommend Mom Restaurant.

“Perfect fully equipped Studio for one person, in a perfect location !”
Perfectly located and fully equipped studio, absolutely perfect for one person ( or maybe a couple ). Clean, well-designed, big bathroom and shower, it s a real gem in this area, inside a famous condominium. There is a fantastic coffee /breakfast spot just outside and it s walking distance from the lake ( perfect for a walk or morning run ) and the beach! I will for sure rent it again ! The host Elena is polite, efficient and very kind!

“Great room, good value, A+ location”
Clean rooms with nice decor.. The shower is spacious and the space used well. Rooftop pool was nice, gym below average but most are in Phuket, location is as close to perfect for the price you will ever get, location is a major win, near beach, lake, seven eleven and restaurants all within walking distance.

Elena is a really kind and helpful person, her appartement is super clean, new and everything you need is there ! Last but not least the location is just perfect walking distance from the beautiful beach and nice coffees
